By accessing or using services provided by Learning Remastered LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including CodeBricks, our online courses, and related content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Learning Remastered LLC provides educational content and software tools, including but not limited to:
- CodeBricks — an interactive coding practice platform
- Online courses on Udemy and other platforms
- Free educational content on YouTube
3. Accounts
Some services require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments and Refunds
Paid services are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and materials provided through our services are owned by Learning Remastered LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share account access with others
- Reverse engineer or scrape our software
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with the operation of our services
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learning Remastered LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
